GMAT Prep 2 - Sets

Of the 200 members of a certain association, each member who speaks German also speaks English, and 70 of the members speak only Spanish. If no member speaks all 3, how man of the members speak 2 of the 3 languages
(1) 60 of the members speak only English
(2) 20 of the members do not speak any of the 3 languages

ans = 3

Total = 200

20 of the members do not speak any of the 3 languages
Then 200 -20 =180 speaks at least one language.

no member speaks all 3
60 of the members speak only English
70 of the members speak only Spanish

180 - 60 -70 = 50 speakes at least 2 languages.

Since no one speaks 3 languages, thus 50 people speak 2 languages.

Now i hav used all the information from condition (1) and (2) to solve it.

Hence, answer is C
