error- subject verb agreement error.

Numerous constraints- Plural
Has- singular.

Here is a simple tip to help you find the subject of the verb (incase that is your confusion)

To find the subject of the sentence, ask the question ' WHO/ WHAT' to the verb.
in our sentence when we pose this question to the verb- we get the answer as Numerous constraints.

This helps us decide that there is a subject verb mismatch.

Straightaway A, C, E eliminated!

now in B:
have made it difficult engaging in normal social activities such as going to the movies. [ engaging is wrong in this case. we need an infinitive- to engage]

Hence D is the correct answer among the options thrown at us!

Hope this helps!
