Let 'T' be the tank gallon capacity

Per Galon mile on Highway = 462/T
Per Galon mile in City = 336/T

citymiles/gallon is 6 less that highwaymiles/gallon
(464/T) - (336/T) = 6
T = 21 gallons

Thus
Per Galon mile in City = 336/T = 336/21 = 16.
Answer is B
