Is answer E?

A, C and D are out of scope.

Possible candidates are B and D.

B: There are no new competitors in discussion here. So I would eliminate B also.

That leaves us only with E.

FYI, the squared choice in GMATPrep is the correct answer and the selected answer is the one the test taker chose during the exam.

I would go with option E as the correct option
