What is the median number of employees assigned per project for the projects at Company Z?

(1) 25 percent of the projects at Company Z have 4 or more employees assigned to each project
(2) 35 percent of the projects at Company Z have 2 or fewer employees assigned to each project

take a multiple of 4 and 5: 20,
1
25% of the project is 5 have 4 or more employees, assume that the 75% of the remain project have less than 4, or equal number of 5 or 6 any number.
so you know that the median will lie within the remain 75%.but it could be any {1,2,3}number insufficient.
2
35% of the project have fewer than 2.so 65% remaining are more than 2. insufficient.

combining 1&2
the upper 25% of the project have more than 4, and the lower 35% have fewer than 2. the remaining 40% between 25% and 35% must be 3 employee then sufficient.
please provide solution
thanks for any suggestions
