2. digits are repeated

I think question is not complete

The sum of numbers greater than 1000 formed by using 2, 4,6, 0 ?!

it is very difficult to add 18 number like 2460,2406,4206,4260 ...... in time

it is very difficult to add 192 number like 2460,2206,4406,4460 ...... in time
