Test Prep New York- are they for real?

I'm interested in the description of Test Prep New York and the testimonials make their "holistic approach" sound rather successful (https://testprepny.com/pages/testimonials.htm). I am skeptical as well, however-- I can't find much about them online. Has anyone actually received tutoring or done one of Test Prep NY's courses? Is it worth the money?

I am signed up to take the GMAT at the end of the month, and have been studying since the beginning of January. The unusual thing is that I got a 480 on my pre-Princeton Review course practice test, a 640 on my second test (one week into the course), and all of my others (a total of 6/7) have fallen within this nearly 160 point range, with no consistency, despite having taken an entire class since practice test 2.

I'm based in NYC- does anyone have any tutor recommendations-- or just general GMAT recommendations for me?

Thanks!
