You are asking a very tough question, because it's about more than just an MBA but a "life question", so take what I write with a grain of salt, cause only you know what is best for you.

1. Would it be good option to pursue Master in Computer Science and then go for my MBA(after some experience)? This would give me international experience. But is it good option to put in the time for Masters and work experience. Currently I am 24, by the time I apply for MBA I would be around 28 with 4 years of experiences.

Maybe. It's a hard question for me to answer. Will this MS allow you to move to the US? That's a bonus! Are you still interested in CS? Do you still want a CS job? Do you love it? Would you be happy working in it? So you want to study for two years, work for two years and then study again? (it can work, and it doesn't necessarily look bad at all, but is this what you need/want?). In of itself being 28 is no problem at all, so don't worry about that.

2. How are Masters student viewed by the MBA application committees at top B-schools in US?
I think it's rather neutral. It can be advantageous for you to know your industry deeply, whether it be through study or work. What is more important is that what you have in your profile be strong.

3. Would it a better option to wait and prepare for MBA in India/abroad?

Not necessarily. Again, this depends on so many unknown about you (both professionally and personally) that I can't really answer what is "objectively better".


But maybe, try and think a bit about what you would really like to do in the long term and what you would succeed most at....
