Do you have any specific questions about this prompt? I ask because it already states what the correct answer is and the website/program that you got it from would probably have included an explanation.
For future reference, when an SC is completely underlined, the prompt usually focuses on modification rules (although sometimes parallelism rules are what you need to consider).
