is the positive integer n a multiple of 24?

1. n is a multiple of 4
2. n is a multiple of 6

i have choosen E why it is incorrect?

Actually, you're correct.

If you combine the statements, n could be any multiple of 12. 12 is not divisible by 24, but 24 is, so the statements combined are insufficient.

but the oa is C means combining 1 and 2 is sufficient but actually it is not so E is correct answer

This is an Official Guide question. The answer is definitely E. Go back and double-check. For future reference, make sure you copy all problems and solutions exactly as written in the materials.
