A good one...let's start with stmt 2
|3 – y| = 11
y should be -8 and 14--insufficent
stmt1--no info for x and y--insufficent
combine both,
re arrange 1st statement
y=2 +3|x^2 – 4|
from stmt 2,we ve one -ve and one +ve value...
because equation of x is in absolute
no chance we ll get negative value
anser should be 14---Sufficient
