Probability of getting white balls is 1/4. 5 red balls are added to the bag and no other balls are added.
How many green balls are in the bag?
A) W= 7& R = 14
b) G+R = 8.
G?

A. W=7 and Probability of getting white balls is 1/4. It means there were total 28 balls. w=7 and R=(14-5)=9. Therefor there were 12 green balls. Since number of green balls didn't change, now also there are 12 green balls. SUF

B. G+R=8. Before adding 5 red balls, Red balls could be 1 or 2. And also we don't know about white balls. INSUF.

Ans A.
