If A and B are two events, probablity of A or B happening is
P(A or B) = P(A) + P(B) - P(A and B)
= 0.2 - 0 = 0.2

But then again, the statement says P(white)-P(even) = 0.2, so this would make the statement insufficient..so should the answer not be e ? Now I am confused 
Answer should be (E)
P(W OR E)=P(W)+P(E)-P(W AND E)
stmt 1 gives P(W AND E)=0
stmt gives P(W)-P(E)=0.2
so, no way to find, P(W)+P(E)
P(W OR E)=P(W)+P(E)-P(W AND E)
stmt 1 gives P(W AND E)=0
stmt gives P(W)-P(E)=0.2
so, no way to find, P(W)+P(E)
