P=(22/30)*N or (11/15)*N
44995 ~ 45007 multiplied by 11/15. Apply mediant concept, 11*(44995+45007)/(15*15)=11*90002/15

processing 11*90002/(15*15), cancel 2 as the unit's digit 11*90000/(15*15)=11*400=4400
