I took the paper test and thought I knew how to translate my score but now I am confused on if I am doing it correctly please help.

Test 1: 3 verbal sections correct= 22, wrong= 34, total questions= 56
Test 1: 3 quantative sections correct= 23, wrong= 28, total questions= 51

I am confused on what my final score should be.
If anyone can help show me the correct way I would greatly appreciate it!!

I don't think you can calculate your score based on the results of your paper test. GMAT is a computer adaptive test and has a very complex algorithm to come up with your final score. I suggest you download and take the GMAT Prep from www.mba.com, this will give you a fair idea of your score.
My GMAT score: 740 [Q:48, V:42]
