Hey there,

If you're looking in the Public Administration / Policy arena, here are some candidates: HBS, Stanford, Wharton, Kellogg, Haas, Tuck, Ross, and McDonough.

If you're looking for Information Systems, the list has some surprising entrants on it. MIT, Tepper, McCombs, and Carlson take the 1 - 4 spots. Wharton, Stanford, and Stern also have great programs followed by Kelley, Haas, Ross, and Georgia Tech. However, within Information Systems, be careful - you want to see not only the strength of the curriculum but also the specific placement. Some place more into IT operations than IT strategy, for example while others are feeders into IT consulting.

I hope that helps! If you'd like to share some more information (stats, goals, etc.), I'd be happy to help you figure out which ones may be worth targeting.
