can you make a hyperlink to every title of the post, so, if one clicks on the post it d be opened in separate window.
Thats convenient when u want to print a post or send a link to somebody for that individual post.
THANKS

I'm not quite sure what you are requesting--the titles are all ready hyperlinks.

no thats not a link...i mean oK that leads to url
but
1) it doesnt open in separate window

2) it reopens in the same window so no use.

consider a if i want to make a print of only one particular post...??????

or want to give some link-reference of something sombedy has published here....

Hi aim-wsc:

I think I'm starting to understand what you are suggesting. Do you wish to have each forum link open a separate window from the homepage?

My concern with this suggested design is that it may hinder navigation for most users. It would be my preference not to have a new browser window open each time a click a link on a website...

GOTTA PM YOU

by aim-wsc » Wed Aug 02, 2006 12:34 am
NO, buddy,
I think i need to PM you to make you understand what i mean.

i learnt that you have specified certain no. to each post...
so
Consider this: if i want to see just ONE Post send by some guy.
for example : i want to see only the announcement you made on your forum but not the responces other members made.

please confirm whether you got my point or not>>>>

eventually its your decision so i have no issues with that...but at least let me kno if you got my point..

otherwise i 'll pm you.

Hi aim-wsc:

Thanks for the further clarification. I understand your request now. I need to think about this issue to see whether it would be the right implementation for this forum, and whether I have the php knowledge to execute (I'm not a computer science person). My initial reaction: I wouldn't want to implement this, but I need to think about it.

Thanks for the feedback!
