While I cannot speak specifically to schools in New Zealand, I will caution you to investigate the degree requirements to make sure they line up with US b-schools. I had a client recently who got her degree in Austrailia, but since it was a 3-year degree, it was not recognized by b-schools in the US. She ended up having to go back to school, transferring what translated over and taking more courses to get the BS equivalent here. Probably goes without saying, but make sure you are checking with the b-schools, since sometimes the granting institution will tell you that their degree is internationally recognized.
