If anyone has interviewed out there can you tell us what the most surprising interview question was?

Kellogg got me pretty good when I was asked what my leadership style was. I told her that I led by influence and didn't need to give direct orders much, but established relationships where team members would want to do things for me. [a good enough response, I suppose]

But then she hits me back with "Name three specific examples of this." After a quick answer about some of the flight instructors I contract with, a very long 30 seconds of silent thought, I told her that I couldn't think of any others that fit my leadership description and just asked to move on. She was nice about it, but I came off looking like an idiot who couldn't back his own story. The next day in my thank-you email I gave her three additional examples that came with a little thought.

Prepare for this one!
