This question is from GmatPrep.
x^-1=1/x;
(1/x)^-1=x;
now consider each option (1/5)^-2=5^2=25;
(1/3)^-2=3^2=9;
3^-2=1/9;
5^-2=1/25;
2^3=8;
hence answer should be A
