the thing that values are normally distributed makes sense in GMAT, as this will indicate the validity of central tendency measures (mean, median, mode); the normal distribution with its statistical parameters sigma, z-score and confidence intervals is certainly beyond any quick timed exam - they are rather stats lab assignments solved by using Mini-tab or some other soft...
