We can go up the multiples of 4 and add 1 to each and then deduct 3 to determine if it is divisible by 5. For eg. the third multiple of 4 is 12. Add 1 to 12 and the resulting number 13 leaves a remainder of 3 when divided by 5.

This way we can get the two least values of n: 13 and 33. Thus we derive the answer: 13+32 = 46.
