would/could vs might

I read from Manhattan that would/could are generally used when something is predicted of future in past. Am i right?

Secondly, what is the usage of might?

Would is used when one is talking about the future in the present.
Eg: He assumes he would score good.
Could is used when one is talking about the future in the past.
Eg: He assumed that he could score good

Please correct me if i am wrong or add if i am missing something.

Secondly, what is the usage of might?
Not sure on this.
