Apply Pythagoras Theorem in the 2 right angled triangles, we get:
√(4^2 + 3^2) = √25 = 5
In 2nd triangle, √(13^2 - 12^2) = √25 = 5
This means the two sides of the central triangle are equal, hence it is an isosceles triangle.
Therefore, xº + 55 + 55 = 180 implies x = 70º

The correct answer is D.
