Triangle inscribed in a semi circle is a right angled triangle. So, by Pythagoras theorem, AC^2 = 6^2 + 8^2. AC = 10.
Length of arc = One half of the circumference of the entire circle = 1/2 * PI * 10 = 5*PI
The answer is E.

I would agree w/E and just add that you can see that ABC is one of those special triangles. In this case 3:4:5 => 6:8:10.
