Do I need to retake GMAT? 740 Q48 69 %, V44 98% IR 5

I completed the GMAT today (first attempt) and although im quite pleased, the breakdown of results worries me. I am looking to apply to MIT Sloan, London Business School, and INSEAD.

INSEAD specifically asks for 70th percentile in both quant and verbal, as well as a 6 or higher in IR. Unfortunately, even with Q48, the percentile is now only 69. In addition my IR is one point lower at 5. I'm hoping my overall 740 score can be enough, but would be great to get some expert advice on whether I should retake.

Any advice?
