Not sure but my final answer is coming out to 1835. Are these the correct answer choices? What is the QA?

jnellaz is right. The answer choices do not seem right. But the quickest way to solve to this would be to round the numbers to nearest 'workable' number.
So i would round 360 * 605 to 360 * 600
To convert to acres, you have to divide by 3560, which i round to 3600

so the calculation is = (360 * 600)/ 3600 = 60

So the amount = 60 * 30 =1800.
The nearest choice to this (if the correct answer choices were mentioned would be 1850)

An acre is 43560 square feet, not 3560 square feet.

Kindly solve with this, you'll get the answer. Original question contains error.

Yup! I'm in real estate and was licking my chops until Parallel Chase beat me to it! 43,560 in an acre. Gives you $150 or E.

When we see that the numbers are fairly spread out, it's safe to estimate. No calculators on test day, we're not expected to do painful long division.

So, we have:

360*605/43560 = # of acres
# of acres * 30 = answer

rounding a bit:

350*600*30/40000

Cancel out the "0"s:

(35*6*3)/4 = 630/4 = just over 150.. choose (E).
