whats the quickest way to solve question number 225 on page 183 of the OG.11.
(x+1/x-1)^2. if x is replaced by 1/x everywhere in the expression above, then the resulting expression is equivalent to
a. (x+1/x-1)^2
b.(x-1/x+1)^2
c. x^2+1/1-x^2
d. x^2-1/x^2+1
e. -(x-1/x+1)^2
My problem lies in basics I guess I replace the x's but how do i get rid of the x's multiply by x? then I would get (1+x/1-x)^2 I'm lost
