A, B, E are wrong because of plural pronoun they for referring singular noun

D has would in past tense, it should be will as used in C correctly,

E - "They" is wrong - It should be "IT"

A - Awkward
B - Same as E
D - last year that was; It should be THOSE since it refers HMOs.
