Hello ,
Please find below details about my profile and suggest list of some average to good 1 year MBA programs.
Qualification - Mechanical Engg
Work Ex - 5.5 years
Work Profile - Product Management , Pricing and Planning ( currently Managerial position)
Industry - Automobile OEMs (Toyota and VW Group) and Aerospace ( Honeywell Inc)
Extracurricular - Average

Also i am an entrepreneur with investments in Food joints and Automotive accessories

Am having hard time concentrating on GMAT prep and not successful in mock tests which i have taken up so far. Am able to touch 600 avg score but not beyond that. So i just assume as of now that my actual GMAT score too would be similar range.

Now i request someone to guide on how and which schools should i target with score and profile mentioned above.

Thanks

Well the question first is: is a 600 really your top limit? Because your options will be preeetty restrained at that point. How long have you studied for the GMAT? Have you taken a course or two? which one?

Hello Jon ,
Apologies for delayed response.I have been studying for about 2 months now and am really freaked out @ my scores from prep tests. Though i seem to do good in short practice tests, i goof up in full length tests. I am using kaplan series for prep.

Hi,

600 is actually low. If you can crack 650-660, with your profile you can look at schools like AGSM & MBS in Australia and Queens & Ivey in Canada. Do not even look at Tier 2 MBA programs in Europe. These programs feed on candidates with good work experience but low (600) to medium (650) GMAT scores and then provide minimal to no career support.

Hope it helps.
