If 0 < r < 1 < s < 2, which of the following must be less than 1?

I) r/s

II) rs

III) s - r

A - I only
B - II only
C - III only
D - I and II
E - I and III

The answer, which is A (highlight to see the answer), doesn't convince me.

I am having a difficulty understanding why rs will not necessarily be less than 1. Having picked numbers from many examples for r and s, my calculations show that rs will always be less than 1. Have I not come up with a good guess?

the first example that came to my mind .. r = 2/3 ans s = 3/2 .. rs = 1 :)
