Yes, OA is B, I got it wrong though for the following reason.

As given in the diagram, should I assume that "t" always occurs to the right of "s"? I assumed that "t" can even occur between r and s, which led to incorrect answer.

Should we assume that the relative values of variables in diagrams is as shown?
