The only thing to be explained about this SC question is that it is virtually useless as multiple answers are OK.

This might be the worst question I've ever seen from a prep company. Every single answer choice is correct.

I'd recommend not using this source for prep material.

I have taken the GMAT seven times, and my verbal score is always between 48 and 51, but I could never score more than 33 in the Bellcurves simulations! I have, however, a better opinion of their quant questions.
