Given: 0.35a = 0.2b
Multiply both sides by 10 to get : 3.5a = 2b
Divide both sides by 2 to get : 1.75a = b

Answer: D

Simplifying the equation, we have:

35a = 20b

35a/20 = b

7a/4 = b

1.75a = b

Answer: D
