GMAT 490

Guys- really need some guidance from the experts...I have been studying GMAT for three months about 4-5 hrs every week. I finished OG and gave like 5 practice exams with an average of 600 scores on each but on the actual gmat I got a 490. I have given the GMAT twice in past and had the same score but this time I thought I did put in alot of effort. I want to try once more end of August maybe but dont know what to do how how to improve the score by 100-200 points in a months time. Any help is appreciated...
