The median on LK must connect J and the middle point of LK.marmar29 wrote:if a tri.JKL, J =( -2,4)| , K= ( 4,4), L =(1,-2)
WHAT IS THE SLOPE OF THE MEDIAN ON LK?
The coordinates of the middle point of LK is ((4 + 1)/2, (4 - 2)/2) = (2.5, 1)
Hence, slope of the median on LK = (4 - 1)/(-2 - 2.5) = 3/(-4.5) = -2/3
