Let the rate of chemical reaction = R
conc of A =a
conc of B = b
Now, R = K. (a^2/b) , where K is proptionality costant.
Let K = 1 and a =10,b =100
R = 1.(100/100) =1
Now, acc to ques stem, R =1 and b =200
Calc a now , 1 =a^2/200
a^2 = 200
a =14.1
So, % Change in conc of A = ((14.1 -10)/10)*100 = 41 % Increase approx.
So IMO D .
