Dude,
What can I say? Looks awesome!

I mean the VP of Very successful startup is KEY. I mean you have already gone farther than many people will go AFTER Bschool, and the schools are gonna LOVE that. going from 10-400 Employees with all the details you have written! Well done! :)

Plus you have tons of other great stuff that very few people have - Top of IIT, political involvement, and publications. All this stuff adds up to a profile with meat, and one that is unique too.

Is it good enough for H/S/W???

You should definitely give it your shot. I think you can conformably stay within the Top 10 schools, and apply to HBS and Stanford with a real chance (although it's tough for everyone!). But with a fantastic application, why not?

Finally, since you are VP at this very successful startup, the one thing that will really help you besides the regular promotion of your qualities, is to show just how much potential this startuo has. If they think you are gonna be the next Google/Facebook/Imgur/Whatever, they will be even more attracted to your profile.

Good luck!
And if there's any way I can help, just drop a line,
Best,
JF
