P(C nor M) = 1 - P(C OR M)
P(C OR M) = P(C) + P(M) - P(C & M)
P(C OR M) = 50/100 + 40/100 - 20/ 100 = 70/100 = 7/10

P(C nor M) = 1 - 7/10 = 3/10
