Hi, here are my background info
Undergraduate (top 100 school) 3.1 gpa
master's degree in science at Cornell University: 3.0 gpa
GRE (just found out they accept gre): Verbal 700 (97th percentile) Math 800 (94th percentile) Writing 4.0
Percentile-wise: equivalent to 720 GMAT
Work Experience: Lab staff (supervisor for 1 year) altogether for 3 years.
Volunteer work: volunteered at day-care program for about 5 years. Love kids!
I am now applying for jobs in healthcare industries or clinical research work (working with patients) and will likely apply for fall 2012 admission.
My weaknesses are Low gpa and no experience in fianance. also i can't take my mind off the fact that the program prefers wallstreet/finance/management professionals who've been in the field for 3 plus years. I'm not thinking about applying for full time program due to financial situation. also, some companies (hospitals and health management) pay for tuition as long as i stay as full time employee.
If i apply next year, where do i stand?
