COX Essay #2A

The 2nd COX essay asks:The Cox School of Business seeks students who desire to become leaders with purpose - those who will positively influence the global business community, whether in a small way or on a large scale. What have you done thus far in your academic or professional career to make a difference?

I have been in active politics during my engineering and have some leadership experiences...Also presently I lead a team in an NGO apart from my job...can I mention these in my essay?
Or do I have to mention from my present job?
Appreciate help!!!

You can begin your story with the leadership responsibilities you held during college and then move on to the leadership roles in your professional career and then discuss your role as a team leader at the NGO.After discussing your past leadership experience, explain how you will leverage your experiences and leadership skills to make your contribution to Cox and later to the global business community.
