Experience for MBA program

by nchkrishna » Wed Jun 22, 2011 6:59 am
Hi,

I have one year experience as a software professional. It would be great help if anyone explains about the ideal age and years of experience for an MBA program and what criteria are used by the B_Schools for admission. Also, it will be a great help if anyone explains the difference between and MBA-entrepreneurship program and Leadership-program.

I think it's best to wait a while before you get your MBA degree. Most schools might not consider you if you have too little experience. However, each school has different standards and what you can do is go to your target school's website and search for class profiles. You'll see there the most important stats of MBA classes and ideally you'd want to have similar stats. You also need to take the GMAT, write essays and have recommenders.

Sorry but can't help more than this!
