Dear all, appreciate your comment and rating on my essay

Issue: The success of a company correlates directly with the average job satisfaction of its employees.

Answer:

Despite the fact that employees' job satisfaction plays an important role in success of a company, it is not always that the employees' satisfaction directly correlates with a company's success.

Firstly, prior to employee's satisfactory, there are three major elements that are normally set out as successfulness of a corporation, which are shareholder's benefit, customer's satisfaction, contribution to society. Those factors have been set on top of the employee's demand because those are reasons for a company to exist. A company is normally established by shareholders for their own benefit, not anything else, from beginning. In order to earn benefit, the first thing to win must be the customer's pleasure. Therefore, employee satisfaction is sometimes lost to win the other targets.

Secondly, how the employee's satisfaction affects the company's success is much depending on concrete personality of the employee. For instance, if an employee is proactive and ambitious, satisfying his demand will encourage him to contribute more to his company. However, if it is the case of the one who has no ambition, satisfying his demand too early may reduce his productivity.

Nevertheless, it is irrevocable that employees, at their different levels, are the key to make the company's aim come true and that's why company's managers try their best to ensure their employees' satisfaction correlating to the company success. Nowadays, thanks to development of financial market, an employee can easily become his company's shareholder by buying the company's shareholding. The conflict between the company's benefit and the employee's demand is therefore resolved.

In sum, correlative coeffection between the employee's satisfactory and company's success does not always happen unconditionally, but it is the expectation of a successful enterprise, due to which many schemes of benefit have been created to offer to the employees.
