Practice Problem Source

by goingtobtg » Mon May 14, 2012 9:52 am
Hi,

I am new to the forum and I really hope I am posting in the right thread- I just started my prep. As in, just collected all the material I wanted and got down to actual studying.I have just started with Subject-Verb agreement from the Manhattan's SC book and I notice that practice problems are all OG ones.
However, everywhere I read, in all the study plans- people have advocated ( to a large extent ) concentrating on drilling the concepts now and *saving* the precious OG/GMAT Prep questions for later, once we know the concepts cold.
In that case, I want to ask you guys, where did you choose your practice questions from? The ones that are going to help internalize the concepts?

Thanks a lot for reading this, appreciate it!

Probably you have misread it. People might save GMATPrep for later use but not OG. OG should be your main source for practice problems. There is no need to save it. If you want to save, then save the GMATPrep for later use, but the sooner you take gmatprep the better you can prepare as it is the most closest predictor of your actual score and reflects more GMAT style tough questions.
Getting defeated is just a temporary notion, giving it up is what makes it permanent.

Thank you so much, sam2304- I have just ordered a copy of the 13th edition of OG and plan to work with it as soon as it reaches me!
