GMAT Quantitative Prep huhhhhhh???

by avilla14 » Tue Apr 03, 2012 6:19 pm
So I am a couple of weeks into my GMAT study program. I have all the Manhattan GMAT study guides. I started with the number properties guide and I must admit, I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing!! I've been out of school for 6 years now and I feel like I have forgotten all the math I've ever learned. I'm going through some of the Manhattan problems and explanations and all I can think is "huhhhh??" I find myself constantly having to look at the answers and explanations. It seems as if I cannot solve the problems on my own.

I guess my question is, does everyone go through this in some form or another when they first start studying? Is it going to all eventually click for me? I'm not going to give up. I'm still chugging along.

Thanks for the moral support!
