The hypotenuse of the Right triangle with sides 3 and 4 is 5.

Tha side of the right triangle with hypotenuse 13 and side 12 is 5.

This forms an isosceles triangle. One of the isosceles angle is 55.

So x = 180 -2(55) = 70

Hard to explain with out a diagram.
