Hi, I have just took the exam for the second time and scores 560 (42Q,26V). I am determined to get 600+ on my third and last chance in the first week of May. So I would appreciate any tips and suggestions for improvement.
My first attempt was in 2011 (550 (37Q,28V)). Then I decided to postpone the exam and my application. And started learning again a month ago - I had 3 weeks (full time) of preparation and more specificaly:
1 week reading all Manhattan guides (Roadmaps + V+Q)
2 week OG 13 Questions, Drills in Manhattan guides
3 week 4 CAT tests, Strenghtening my weeknesses
My CAT results are:
- GMAT prep 610 (41Q,31V)
- Manhattan 590 (32Q,25V)
- Kaplan 540 (32Q,25V)
- GMAT prep (old) - 580 (35Q, 34V)
I find the vurbal part my weakness and most of all RC Inference and Specific Questions and SC - Rethorical Construction&Logical Predication Questions. On the exam yesterday I had a slight pacing problem - just on this part - I managed to finish on time, but feel in a rush and as i cannot consentrate as strong as always.
I will have another 3 weeks of preparation for my last attempt so please give me some advice what shall I do to get this 50 points that will make my dream come true. I am highly motivated to beat the gmat, but just don't know what to do from now on.
Best wishes!Really impressed by your site!
Kristina
