1)
S and T have the same total value.
S average < average T
It means S id divided by more than T
So S has more members than T

2)
Let's take example/counter-example so as to be sure it's insufficient.
S= 1 2 3 and T= 1 1 1 1 1 1
Median of S is greater, they have the same total value.
Members S < Members T

S= 1 3 3 and T= 2 2 3
Median of S is greater, they have the same total value.
Members S=Members T

great sample, I got the right answer, however, i could not find the reason why i should turn down #2
