Hi Ron,
I saw Ron's RC session which gives two approaches for reading the RC passages based on whether the passage is short or long.
Long passages
1. Read the first paragraph completely and then then read first line of the other paragraphs(If possible read the last line of each paragraph
Short passages.
1. No reliable structure read for contrast words leave examples in the whole passage
As per the session in Aug 19 - passages in OG with 70-75 lines are considered long.
I tried to apply the read the passage the way suggested in Ron's videos.
1. I was able to use the technique for short passages for RC with 30 lines( 1 ,2 or sometimes 3 paragraphs-- Found the technique really useful.
2. There is no passage with 70-75 lines in OG12. shouldwe consider the passages as long if it is around 60 .
3.I was not sure How I should deal with Passages with lines between 45 and 60.
Are they considered long or short as they have(2 ,3 or 4 paragraphs).
On what basis can i consider them long ,and short .
a. Does it depend on paragrpahs or any other criteria.
I am comfortable with RC passages around 30 lines. But when there are more than 45lines. I am not sure how to proceed. Can you help me how i should approach such passages. Thanks in advance
