Statement 1 is sufficient since if the median is 70; the two largest numbers has to be greater than 70 and hence have the average greater than 70

Second statement says Average of all the numbers is 70 - If the average of all the numbers is 70; average of top 2 numbers should be more than 70 - it is also sufficient
